Really bad stay. The room wasn’t cleaned properly and had so many 🦟 mosquitoes. It’s a long way from the main places, and there wasn’t food available nearby.

The first floor water dispenser didn’t give hot water, so I had to go to the one at reception each time. That was minor compared with the noise and how the staff handled it. Soundproofing was poor too. I could hear neighbors talking and watching TV. I stayed here in July 2024, and the biggest problem was the huge industrial washing machine they ran at night. When the cycle ended, it kept beeping until an employee came to turn it off. It woke me on most nights, and I’d get dressed and go out in the middle of the night to stop it. I first tracked down the noise on July 22nd. The next day I asked the receptionist if they could avoid doing laundry at night, and she said they would. But on July 25th, the beeping woke me again. A different employee said the receptionist hadn’t told him not to wash overnight. I spoke to her again the next day, and she said she’d make sure the night employee knew. Then on July 27th, it happened again. I’m sorry, but that felt like bad faith. They said they’d stop, yet apparently had no intention of doing so. It showed utter disrespect for guests’ peace, and I can’t recommend the place. There was also a dog that came out barking whenever neighbors in the same alley opened their gate. It looked dangerous. I wish the resort would speak to the house owners and ask them to keep it behind the gate.

I booked online, but the place looked very different from the pictures. The neighborhood seemed dangerous and felt like a slum. If you’re traveling, don’t choose this place. I wouldn’t stay here even if someone paid me.

I was here for over a month and loved it. They were so helpful, even sorting out a deal on a scooter. It’s not on the main stretch, but the walking street is 6 mins away by scooter. When I had a Wi-Fi issue with my laptop, they gave me a hard wire. I’ve recommended a friend and will stay here EVERY time I come back. Thanks again, Pui. Keep up the good work.
