Baan Khun Nine

I’m writing about how I was treated at checkout on 28 jan 2026. I understand checkout procedures, and I was willing to pay any necessary late checkout fee if there was one. Still, the receptionist shouted at me to hurry up and check out instead of helping politely. The aggressive, hostile tone was completely unwarranted and left me feeling very disrespected as a paying guest.

We stayed 14 nights in room 707 on the 7th floor, and other members of our family had booked five more rooms at the same time. The place was very clean and easy to get to the various beautiful places around Pattaya. Staff were kind and helpful, they accepted an early check-in, and breakfast was good.

Breakfast had a mix of Western and Thai food, and there was also a dinner menu. I enjoyed breakfast, but it was never hot because the breeze kept blowing out the Sternos. We ordered eggs cooked to order so we’d have something hot. Our room also had a torn curtain that hadn’t been replaced. The hotel is quiet and only a few meters from the beach, with comfortable, spacious rooms. I’d stay again for the location and the staff, especially the housekeepers.

We spent a few nights in a suite, and it was huge. The hotel is in a great location and offered more than I expected for the price. My only complaint is that the bed could have been softer.
