I’ve lived here for 24 years, and it’s still a great, quiet place. The neighborhood is great, with 24-hour security, lots of greenery, two big pools, houses, and five-storey low-rise condo buildings. Studios are 40 qm, and every unit has a big balcony. Maintenance fees are only 15 baht per qm monthly.
Three great pools sit among the condo areas, and Jomtien beach is only 750 mtr. away, about a 10 minutes walk. The guarded entrance gives the impression of a good place to live. It’s very well maintained, clean, and quiet, and I absolutely recommend it.
A pleasant residential complex with nice staff. The five-storey buildings have elevators, and there’s a pool and communal washing machines. A studio apartment rents for about 6000 to 7000thb a month.
I’ve been here for 5 years, and most of the time it’s quiet and relaxing. The place is lovely to live in, with large pools and restaurants and shops nearby. The condos are a good size, all with very large balconies, and the maintenance fees are the cheapest I’ve seen.
We came to see a home for rent and really enjoyed the beautiful, lively little area. We’re planning to spend the next year enjoying it.
