4/10
The room itself was acceptable, with basic amenities like free water, shampoo, and conditioner, and the staff were polite and efficient. But a horrible smell lingered in the room, making it uncomfortable and seeming poorly maintained. The fourth-floor pool is open from 8 AM to 6 PM. When I visited at 5:45 PM, close to closing, there was no lifeguard or staff around. There were no depth signs even though it varied from 4 to 8 feet, and no fee information posted. With a recent shoulder injury, I assumed it was shallower, realized the risk, and got out carefully. I’m a proficient swimmer, but others might not be so lucky. Management should mark the depth clearly in feet, have lifeguards there during all open hours, and enforce closing times strictly for guest safety.

The building is old, and the facilities, though varied, are worn and dilapidated. Cleaning can be inconsistent, and anyone expecting four-star luxury or modern amenities may be disappointed. Breakfast gets complaints for having few choices, mediocre taste, and food that’s sometimes not hot. The busy location also means thin walls, with hallway and neighboring-room sounds, plus music from nearby entertainment venues at night. During holidays or peak periods, check-in can be slow. Some guests also found staff uncheerful when dealing with issues like weak air conditioning or water pressure.

6/10
The rooms were functional and decent for a short stay, though they could be more comfortable and better maintained. The reception made the visit less pleasant: the lady there seemed more like a warden than a welcoming host, as if giving us a room were a favor. My experience at Hotel Boutique Bravo was average, with customer service needing improvement.

We had a very bad experience. The room was full of mosquitoes, and we couldn’t sleep properly. The hygiene and service were both disappointing. The woman at reception was rude and unprofessional with everyone in our group and didn’t speak respectfully. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel.

The staff were arrogant and treated customers very badly. They’re among the worst I’ve ever encountered, and I’d advise everyone to stay away.
