The only thing I liked was the AC. My dad and I paid for a room with 2 single beds, but every room had one large bed. Service was terrible, the Wi-Fi was poor, there was no kettle for coffee, and the room card barely worked. The shower was open, with no roof or privacy. The pool was awful, and broken, damaged decking around it looked dangerous. The towels didn't seem clean, and the bathroom floor was soaked. I nearly slipped. The toilet was grim and looked like something from a horror movie. This hotel is in the middle of nowhere, with a Jumanji kind of feel. Calling it 3 stars on booking.com and Google is a joke, it feels like a scam.

Avoid this place. It's dirty, they don't clean, the TV hasn't worked for 5 days, and the showers are cold. There are mold, mosquitoes and bed bugs, and I'm covered in bites. The pool has grout and debris floating in it, with cracks everywhere. The decking around it has holes big enough to break an ankle or a child's leg. Loud Indian music plays constantly. When I complained, they couldn't speak English, but they understood when I asked the price. I paid 11,500 baht for 7 days, total rip-off. I can't believe the other reviews, no one here seems happy. AVOID.

The pool's nice and the sun is out. You don't come to pattaya for room decor. You can get a cold beer from reception.

There's a calm feel here, lots of plants and landscaping, open air above the showers and bathrooms, and a nice pool. Parking is adequate, and it's away from the busy streets, so it's quiet most of the time.

I've stayed here 3 times and I'm very pleased with the service. It's a good environment for staying by myself or with my family. I'll be back soon.
