Busaba House

The pool is lovely and clean, and all the flowers and plants make the place nice to look at. It feels comfortable and relaxing, almost like a second home. The atmosphere is good inside and out. Stay here once and you’ll want to come back.

It’s a cozy, family-run place. The staff are really friendly and ready to help when you need it. There’s a nice little coffee shop and mini mart out front, and Jomtien beach is not far away.

There are flowers all around, friendly people and a nice atmosphere. You can get a drink outside the coffee shop or small restaurant, and there’s a little shop selling good quality everyday things. They also have a pool, laundry area and motorbike rentals. The houses are nicely priced for the location, close to the beach, restaurants, an ATM and 7 eleven.

We always feel safe and welcome here, and Busaba house is still our favourite place to stay in Jomtien. The accommodation is clean, well kept and inviting, and the staff are friendly and helpful. It works well for families and other visitors too. There’s laundry on site, plus a little general store where you can sit with a cold Chang beer and chat with locals. Curves cafe is there as well, with fantastic food and coffee. You’re close to Jomtien Beach, local markets, bars, shops, 7 elevens, restaurants, massage places, convenience stores and street food vendors. Tesco supermarket is about 8 minutes away, if that. It’s a great base for getting around. A motorbike is the easiest way, but bring an international license and good travel insurance, and wear a helmet. Staff can also arrange a driver, taxi, motorbike taxi or BHT bus for larger groups. The baht bus runs between Jomtien beach and Pattaya for 10 bht. Pattaya is about 12 minutes away by motorbike or taxi, and Jomtien beach is 5 minutes by motorbike taxi.
