Cetus Beachfront Jomtien

The sunset from the beachfront pool is lovely, and there are seafood spots and a 7-Eleven close by. This part of the beach road is quiet, which makes it feel peaceful. Best of all, the floor-to-ceiling windows give you an unbeatable ocean view when you wake up. One of the best views in Jomtien, hands down.

The area is really quiet, and there’s lots of great Thai food right in front of the building. The rooms are spacious and clean, with great views. Jomtien and Najomtien beaches are very close, and the staff are great too.

The condo is comfortable and close to the beach, with two swimming pools, a gym, and parking. There seem to be more cars living here than parking spaces, though. Units belong to different owners, so the interiors vary. The ladies at reception weren’t friendly at all. A bath bus goes right past the building. There’s a 7-Eleven about 300m away, and hawkers usually stand out front. A food market runs every night next to the 7-Eleven.

The view really lives up to the name, and there’s a swimming pool right in front of the building. I think there’s no gym, since I didn’t see one. Security is great. It’s a luxury condominium in a quiet, peaceful part of Pattaya, and I’d recommend it for couples or families. Having your own vehicle is better if you want to get to the city center, otherwise transport could cost a lot.
