The apartment was clean, modern, and a good deal for a few days in Pattaya. The manager was responsive, and I appreciated being able to leave my luggage safely for a few days. They brought free water to the door each day and cleaned quickly when I asked. The terrace was pleasant and well oriented, though it had lots of mosquitoes, as did the apartment. The bed was comfortable and the air conditioning worked well, but there were only two pillows and too few outlets. The apartment had a fan, kettle, fridge, microwave, and a very large TV, all working, but no hairdryer or small towel. There was no shower gel, only hand soap and shampoo, and the shampoo wasn’t replenished during cleaning. The bathroom was generally clean and had hot water, though toiletries were missing. The area was good for visiting Pattaya and fairly quiet in daytime. At night, though, music and noise from neighbors and the hallway could be heard, sometimes until 4 a.m. There was virtually no soundproofing. Wi-Fi worked some days but was unstable every other day, and there weren’t enough outlets for all my devices. Check-in was quick. The manager was friendly and responsive through the booking site, and was willing to resolve a slightly awkward first interaction. It’s a new apartment with simple decor, and the price was very competitive for what was provided. The basics were a bit lacking and there were no special touches, but the luggage storage and daily water were useful extras. I’d recommend it for a short stay if you want a clean, modern, affordable place in a good location.
