We booked a four-bedroom villa advertised as 300 m2, but the one we got was at most 120 m2 and far too small for ten people. The return taxi fare to Pattaya city center was 800-1000 baht, since the villa is far from it. When we had a problem, the manager hid and wouldn’t speak to us or reply to email. The management style feels like it belongs to another era. Lying on your website shouldn’t be allowed. Avoid this place.

We rented a villa for a recent vacation in Pattaya and were happy with our stay. The room was clean and cozy, and we were very pleased with the service. Thanks for a wonderful visit.

The villa had comfortable furniture, beds that made for a great night’s sleep, and a lovely private pool with a cozy yard. The staff were polite and breakfast was good. It was a vacation full of unforgettable moments for me.

This was the worst travel experience we’ve had so far. We regretted staying here and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone wanting an easy stay at a professionally managed villa with customer focused service. We’d read other guests’ reviews and hoped those things wouldn’t happen to us.

I just saw a local tourist’s review about theft at this hotel. Please keep an eye on your belongings. I hope the hotel improves its security soon.
