The infinity pool has rust and worn finishes along the glass edge, and the hotel is starting to feel tired in places. It could use cosmetic renovations. Even so, the views are stunning, and I think a few days at the Hilton Pattaya are worth it for them alone. The rooms are nice too, with a bed so comfortable it feels like home. They brought up bath salts right away when I asked, since they were missing at first. The main breakfast buffet downstairs was much better than breakfast in the Executive Lounge, which was weak and missing basics like smoked salmon unless you ordered Eggs Benedict. Cocktail hour in the lounge was puzzling too. They had only selected wine and beer, no mixed cocktails, and couldn’t make a basic Thai iced milk tea. At the pool, staff didn’t bring drinking water around, and you could only order paid cocktails. The fitness center is small, has no barbell or Smith machine, and the air conditioning wasn’t cooling it properly. I’m leaving a high rating sincerely hoping management takes note and makes updates. The property still has a lot of potential.

The spa is a real highlight, with a luxurious, relaxing wellness experience, and the Executive Lounge is another reason I recommend booking lounge access. It has excellent amenities and a sophisticated feel, and the staff there are exceptionally courteous and attentive, going out of their way to make guests feel valued. I stay at Hilton Pattaya regularly, and the team consistently exceeds my expectations. Everyone is attentive, professional, and genuinely committed to great service. Each visit feels welcoming and personal. The location is hard to beat, right in the heart of Pattaya and directly connected to the city’s largest shopping mall, with shopping, dining, and entertainment close at hand. It remains my preferred choice when I’m in Pattaya, and I highly recommend it for a premium hotel stay.

After checkout, one of my sons had left his AirPods behind and the other had forgotten his hat. The team found both quickly and sent them to our hotel in Bangkok that same day for a very small fee. That service impressed me. We had a wonderful 4-day stay at the Hilton in Pattaya, traveling with my two sons. Everyone, from the bellman to the on-site manager, showed real hospitality and made us feel welcome. The pool bar team also took great care of the boys, making sure they had drinks and were enjoying themselves. Thanks for making the trip memorable. We’ll definitely be back!

The room was really comfortable, especially the bed. It felt so good I didn't want to get out in the morning. Great location, a warm and friendly atmosphere, and very friendly staff. One of the best hotels I’ve stayed in.

The view over the Bay is amazing and makes for great photos. I had a great one-night stay at the Hilton Pattaya. Mr. Bombay was upbeat and happy, a pleasure to talk to, and made the stay more memorable. I look forward to staying here on future trips.
