These condos are very affordable for the room and kitchen quality, and the apartments are brand new. I stayed three days and never saw anyone at the gym or pool, so they were practically all yours. The pool is super cool, and there's a gym too. The listing has photos and videos. The building has about 15 floors, free parking, good security, and three elevators, though one wasn't working. It's not a hotel, so you get a regular key instead of a key card. Wi-Fi isn't available in every condo. If you get unit 1106 by Nithi, it's a good apartment but has no Wi-Fi. The Suvarnabhumi Airport bus stop is only about 150 meters away, which is really convenient for getting on or off the bus. Family Mart and T.T currency exchange are right across the road. There's a 7-11 a couple of blocks away in either direction. The kitchen in these condos is great, and the doormat and mat by the sofa are super comfortable. There were bugs on the bed, though, and the bed is quite narrow, so you might slip out.

I stayed for two months, and this condo building works well for a medium or long stay. There's a rooftop pool with an amazing view, but it wasn't always serviced or open for use, so I'm taking off a star. The Jomtien-Bangkok Airport bus station is a 5-10 minute walk away, and the local baht bus stops right outside on the main road. Jomtien Beach is five minutes by bus or a 20-minute walk. There are also a 7-11 and Family Mart nearby, and the Russian night market is about 10 minutes on foot.

I stayed in one of the apartments through AirBnb. The rooftop pool is nice, and it's a good option if you're looking for a rental or BnB. Try to get a balcony with a sea view. The view of Pattaya Park is incredible.

The interiors are great, and the views are excellent. It's a residential building with some units run as serviced apartments, inside a well-gated community with state-of-the-art security. The rooftop swimming pool is a major plus. Step outside the entrance and you can catch a tempo service to Walking Street for just 20 baht per person.

There's no reception, room service, or hotel restaurant, and not many restaurants nearby. The room has a nice view, though it's pretty small. Even the two-bedroom studio has just one bathroom. Wi-Fi speed was decent.
