Royal Cliff Grand Hotel Pattaya

The gym was well equipped and maintained, but I wish it opened by 5am instead of 7am for early birds like me who want a proper session to start the day. That wouldn’t change my rating, though. The resort’s private beach is another big plus. I read somewhere that only two resorts in Pattaya have private beaches. We’re here for four nights, and with two already gone, it’s still been amazing. The ocean views, especially the sunset, are breathtaking. Breakfast has lots of food options, there are plenty of restaurants, and the bar has a lively but soothing atmosphere with chill music for a peaceful evening. The room is really clean, and the helpful staff bring super positive vibes. Definitely recommend staying here!

We stayed at Royal Cliff Grand Hotel this past weekend, and it left a lasting impression. We’ve been to many five-star hotels in Pattaya, but this one feels genuinely attentive to guests’ comfort. The rooms are new and very comfortable, the pool is crystal clean, the towels are very soft, and breakfast is delicious. Two things really showed the level of service. At 11 PM, I realized the pillow was too high. I have three hernias in my neck and need a low pillow, so I called reception. Staff came right away with four different pillows for me to try and choose from. We checked in late because our son had become sick and we were at the hospital. The next day they easily arranged a late checkout so we could enjoy the grounds, pool, and other hotel amenities before leaving. The staff are very attentive, and the atmosphere is relaxing. It feels like everything is done to help you rest and feel comfortable. You don’t get the feeling they’re just making money from you, and the room and time at the hotel are worth the price. Highly recommend it with all our hearts!

We had a wonderful stay at Royal Cliff Hotel Pattaya. The pool and other facilities were amazing, and the room was beautiful, clean, well maintained, and stocked with amenities. The staff were friendly, and we also really enjoyed the breakfast and restaurants. At Panorama Restaurant, Wichit, the manager, was especially friendly and helpful. He knew his stuff, took time to chat with us, and answered our questions. He’s a real asset to the hotel.

We brought our 25-year-old son, who is quadriplegic and uses a wheelchair, and I’d worried about access because the property has so many levels, restaurants, and pools. We found it extremely accessible, with ramps everywhere. We could get to every restaurant, photo spot, and even the beach. BB travels in Pattaya rents beach wheelchairs. It was big and awkward to carry, but hotel staff helped us take it down to the beach, stored it overnight, and brought it back up when we needed it. Every staff member did whatever they could to make our stay run smoothly. It felt like they truly wanted us to enjoy ourselves. The only inaccessible spot we found was the room balcony. Our son could get onto it, but then we got stuck there. Staff came to our room right away with a small ramp to help him over the step. Five stars all around. Highly recommend!
