Royal Cliff Beach Terrace Hotel Pattaya

The pool bar staff deserve a special mention. They were professional, welcoming, and friendly, and the cocktails were excellent. My husband and I had a wonderful week at the Cliff resort. The room and bedding were perfect, and all the staff were incredibly kind and helpful. We were always warmly welcomed and got top-notch service. I highly recommend the experience.

Pattaya itself was the one disappointment for me, since the area was below the standard of the hotel. Still, there’s no need to leave the hotel complex if you’re looking for a relaxing, luxurious stay. The other hotels in the complex offer great dining options, and when we did want to go out, Manager Thibault’s recommendations were very helpful. The staff were amazing, welcoming, and helpful, while keeping things professional and making the place feel homely, almost like a family. The rooms and fixtures are high quality, and I had one of the most comfortable beds I’ve ever slept in. I usually find things that could be improved, but I had a very hard time faulting anything here. Probably the best hotel I’ve stayed in, and I’d strongly recommend it.

The breakfast buffet was delicious, with lots of cuisines to choose from and a great range of refreshments. We also had excellent service throughout our stay in the Thai Heritage Theme room. The staff greeted us with smiles and were welcoming, polite, considerate, and quick to help with all our needs. They even sorted out a booking problem without any hiccups. Highly recommend!

The staff were great, and breakfast had lots of options. We stayed in January 2026 in a Sea View King room, which was very nice, with a good ocean view and a huge bed that could comfortably fit three adults. There was some black mold on the shower curtain and dust in the closet, and the hotel is starting to show its age. Seafood at Breezeo was overpriced, though the view was nice. There were a lot of Russians during our stay, so if that’s not your sort, I’d suggest staying somewhere else.
