We were close enough to walk to the beach and the main Walking Street nightlife, but the hotel didn't feel like it was right in the noisy center. The rooms were clean and modern, with comfortable beds, good air-conditioning, and thoughtful touches that made it feel like more than a budget stay. Staff were welcoming from check-in to check-out and happy to offer tips on restaurants, transport, and things to see. It was a cozy, comfortable base for our trip.

American. Save your money if you're thinking of staying here. I sent out laundry worth 600 dollars, and when it disappeared the hotel said they couldn't do anything, leaving me to deal with it myself.

The staff seemed nice and kind, and they did try to help. Still, on my second day I noticed some money was missing, and the manager said they couldn't do anything about it. The food was average, the pool decent, and the place wasn't very clean. It also needs a lot of maintenance. Thank you.

The rooms had terrible air conditioning. I also booked through Agoda, but when I arrived they said the reservation had been canceled and required cash. I ended up paying twice for the stay and never got a refund. TripAdvisor has other reviews alleging they used clients' credit cards after the clients returned from vacation. Be careful with this place.

I spent 10 days here without any problems. The pool and location were great, and the staff were consistently friendly, cheerful, and professional. I'll come back.
