There were eight of us, and the lease cost roughly 6,000 Baht for one night. My friend and her family arranged it with A n B Villapool for our Saturday stay. It was a lovely place, with the comforts of home and then some, including a pool, billiards table and laundromat. We bought food at the market beforehand, so we didn't cook. Unfortunately, one family member tripped on the stairs and hit his knee against the large window at the bottom. It shattered, causing minor cuts to two people. We were surprised the glass wasn't safety glass or shatterproof. Even so, we enjoyed our stay.

The worst part was having no shower water because the pump was broken, so we had to buy bottled water to wash. Upstairs, the air conditioner wasn't working at all, and it was hard to breathe. Everything else looked worn out too, from the chairs and bed to the sheets, pillows and towels. I didn't dare sleep on or use them. It was unbearable, the worst experience of my life.
