Room was big and good value, with the beach, minimart and restaurants nearby. The Thai staff were so friendly.

A cheap place to stay with everything close by, including the beach and 7/11. There's food to eat nearby, with street food available too.

The location is handy for the beach, about 100 meters away, and there are restaurants, bars, massage places and supermarkets nearby. But the city center entertainment area is far, there were no tuk-tuks, and Walking Street is a 30-minute walk. The entrance is easy to miss because there's only a small, blurry sign, and even locals may not recognize the guesthouse. The room was spacious, but the old facilities were rusty and musty, like they hadn't been used in ages. The bed was poor, the sheets very dirty, and there were lots of mosquitoes. They don't provide room cleaning. There's no proper reception or lobby, just a cleaning staff member taking care of reception and payment. It's best to tell them when you're arriving or you might not be greeted. The cleaner doesn't speak English, so translation software is needed. The place didn't match the listing photos, seemed poorly maintained and short on guests. I wouldn't recommend staying here.
