The location is quite good, and they do a decent job keeping most things clean and working. But the building is old and pretty run down, and it badly needs renovation. The second floor is in disrepair, the gym isn’t open or usable, and the pool is only two feet deep, more like a foot-soaking pond. If they fixed up the second floor and renovated the property, it could be outstanding.

The staff are all very polite and do their best. Still, this older condo needs maintenance, especially the gym and other rooms on the second floor. Management should be more proactive and schedule major repairs and renovations for set periods, such as May through September, to reduce disruption for residents. They should also consider banning balcony cooking and certain strong-smelling dishes, as other condos do.
