The pool has lots of broken tiles, and the furniture is old, worn, or broken. The hotel and its features feel run down and poorly looked after. The photos on the websites are probably 20 years old.

10/10
It's an older hotel with good sized rooms, and I found it nice. There's no restaurant on site, but plenty of cafes, bars, shops, and restaurants very close by.

Very clean, with big rooms and really good internet. The location is perfect. Recommend!

4/10
My room was a good size, and the pool is very large, though I didn't try it because I was worried the water might not be cleaned properly. The room cleaning was poor, with only the bare essentials taken care of. Reception staff were unfriendly, arrogant, and cheeky, and treated me in a disparaging way.

8/10
I don't understand the negative comments about reception. They were quick, professional, and polite. Check-in and checkout were fast, and the superior room was huge and very quiet, with great water pressure. The hotel has the biggest pool in pattaya. The garden and pool area need maintenance, and you'll need to use a songtaew every day because of the location. Still, the price to quality ratio is very good.
