Costa Village Well Pool Villa Pattaya

I found a huge cockroach in the room at midnight, about the size of a monkey banana. There was another one by the pool boundary. I was so shocked I couldn’t take a photo or sleep, and left the light on all night, worried it would show up again. I told the staff, and they only offered to move me to another room. I couldn’t stay after that. They gave no refund or apology, so I checked out without one and lost the money for three days. The photos also show how old everything is. Even the towels were badly worn and too small to dry off with, both the two per person and the beach towel. There were lots of dirty marks on the couch. The air conditioner didn’t work properly, made a loud noise, and kept running. The pool was much smaller than the photo suggested, and the water was dirty. It gave me urticaria, and there’s no water filter. I wouldn’t recommend this place. It’s not worth the price, and you can find somewhere much nicer for the same money.

A wee hidden gem. The girls couldn’t have been friendlier or more helpful. The pools could use a refurb, but I’ll definitely be back.

The price was fair, and we stayed in the honeymoon suite. It was spacious and nicely decorated, though the room could use some renovation. At this price in Pattaya, you can find a better pool villa.

It’s got a calm, cozy feel throughout, with a nice room and excellent service. The pool villas are lovely for couples or families. The food is delicious and reasonably priced.
