Majestic Villas Cosy Beach Pattaya

The villa looked much like its online photos, and the price seemed fair for a place not far from Pattaya's landmarks. We did have several problems, though. The WiFi was out on our first night because of a network outage, which we understood. But there were more than five of us and the villa had left just three towels, even though we'd told them our group size before arriving. When we contacted management, they initially wanted extra payment for more towels. Later, calls went unanswered, and we felt ignored. The housekeeper brought one more towel and charged us for it, then said only three had been available because the others were still drying. We contacted them from another number to explain the group size and shortage again, and got one additional towel, bringing the total to four, still two short. The towel issue was eventually resolved, but reaching management was difficult and the inconsistent explanations made us uncomfortable. We were also told the villa's speakers were broken and couldn't be used. Management seemed surprised when we reported it and said they'd deal with it, but the speaker problem was never fixed. I hope this feedback helps them improve their service and internal systems.

A distinctive residence in Pattaya, right by the sea.

There are more than 70 villas here, with some permanent residents and others let out for short holidays. It's a great village in Pattaya with private beach access. 3mermaids, chocolate factory, and The Oxygen are just around the corner, and Walking Street is only five minutes away. The location is in Pratamnak, and the location really is the draw.

Getting to the beaches and city is easy from this well-located, quality accommodation. The staff and management were friendly and efficient, and check-in and check-out went smoothly. Recommended.
