A decent, clean place where you get what you pay for. It’s quiet for Pattaya, even though it’s by a busy street, right on the baht bus route and in the middle of the action and shops. Beaches are close, and the staff are friendly. Great place.

I’ve been staying here for a while, and the rooms are always clean and comfortable. Jeep and the family are lovely, hardworking people, and everyone on staff is friendly. It’s in a great location and the price is great too. I’d definitely recommend this guesthouse.

The bed was comfortable, the air conditioning modern, and the quiet location meant I slept really well. It was a budget hotel worth the money, except the room safe didn’t lock or work. The main door also didn’t lock properly, so I was worried about leaving my valuables and had to carry them around.

Tik, the girl working at BR guesthouse, was lovely and helpful. I really enjoyed talking with her, and she invited me to dinner with her friends during Songkran. We had a great evening, thanks, Tik! There are lovely cats in the office too. I had a wonderful stay and will definitely be back.
