The room had a faint smell of smoke, and the sheets and towels could’ve been cleaner. The TV didn’t work either. Nothing about the stay felt especially special, though with some improvements it could be much more pleasant.

The bed springs were sticking out, the cots made a lot of noise, the taps didn’t work, and the old air conditioners were another problem. I ended up with a lot of back pain. The food was okay, but we couldn’t drink alcohol in the hotel or take food to the room. The management didn’t respond, making it a terrible experience. Then the cab driver demanded full payment even though we’d already paid the travel guy, and threatened to take us to the police. Those travel people don’t take this seriously.

The manager’s behavior was the one real downside. He seemed unhappy about everything, even the children. Still, we had a lot of fun during our three nights here in 2018. It’s a decent hotel in a very good location, with a nice pool that we enjoyed with friends and family. The complimentary breakfast was wonderful, with lots of choices and plenty of fruit. The rooms and bathrooms were okay.

Most of the rooms seem okay, but the bathroom in mine wasn’t very nice, and the shower barely worked.

There was nothing to watch on the room TV, since all the channels were in Thai. The hotel also doesn’t seem strict with guests. People drink in their rooms with the doors open and loud music playing, and nobody seems to care about those trying to sleep.
