Marine Beach Hotel Pattaya

The location is still the biggest draw, and the nearby beaches are much better than the ones in Bang Saen. I’d recommend this as a convenient base for couples exploring the area. I remember the breakfast being excellent when I visited in 2018, but the economic downturn seems to have affected things this time. The place looks worn, and the room was only acceptably clean, with mold in the bathroom tile grout.

We stayed at another hotel, but came here for the bar and restaurant and had a fantastic time. The staff were welcoming and kind, the food was excellent, and there’s a pool and a big TV screen. Both evenings we visited, local performers played great live music, Thai and international. I’ll definitely return.

The atmosphere was nice, and the service was great. Staff were friendly and helpful. My friends and I had a lovely time eating, chatting, and relaxing together.

There’s lots of natural wood throughout, which really adds to the hotel’s beauty. The open air restaurant and main entrance join together, with dark wood finishes and a lovely design. You can feel the ocean breeze from the beach across the street. The rooms have mahogany touches and beautiful brown wood floors, and the hallway walls are decorated with unique artwork set into the wood. If you like an English breakfast, you’ll love the menu, and they serve local Thai dishes too. I really love the design and all that wood.
