The rooms are in average condition and only look good in photos. The building is old, and it seems they’ve only renovated the reception and lobby. They also keep a deposit and charge you at checkout for things like stains on towels or other minor issues. Those policies are completely unfair. Worst stay ever.

This budget hotel is centrally located, with easy access to beach road and walking street. The rooms badly need renovation, and the reception staff are rude. Bring your own toiletries. Food room service never responds.

I found the staff, including reception and room service, extremely rude to customers. The only sockets are two pin, so they don’t work for guests with three pin mobile chargers. They charge 50 TB for converter plugs, which is completely unacceptable. The hotel should provide them and keep them after checkout.

The view was awful, and the noise was really irritating. Inside and outside, the glass was covered in dirt, and the walls looked old and grimy, as you can see in my photos. In the bathroom, used shampoo containers were still sitting in the shower area, clearly not cleaned up or replaced. The glass was broken and filthy too. A bad hotel and a bad experience all around.
