Mind Resort Pattaya

The staff were rude and dismissive whenever we asked for help. No one welcomed us properly or helped with our luggage, and they seemed annoyed by our requests. The whole place felt depressing and unsafe, with a bad smell and unacceptable cleanliness. I've seen low-budget places kept to a much better standard. Our room was dirty, dusty, and clearly neglected. There was grime and rubbish behind the bed, and we found several used condoms in the room. It was disturbing and unhygienic. The bed area was filthy too. The key card and holder were already damaged and broke during ordinary use, but staff blamed us and charged a 500 THB fine. It felt like a way to get extra money from guests. This was one of the worst stays I've had, and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. There are cleaner places for the same price. Avoid it and don't risk spoiling your trip.

The pool is huge and a relaxing spot, and the place has a hidden garden feel despite being in the city. Staff are friendly and speak English and Hindi well. Mind Resort is a good value option in South Pattaya, with a nice balance of convenience and downtime. It's an older property, though it's clean and maintained, so don't expect a brand-new boutique hotel. For the price, the gym, spa, and pool are hard to beat. I'd stay again.

We had a great time here, and the view from my room was lovely. Breakfast was good too. I was a bit skeptical at first after seeing so many comments about cleanliness, but the staff treated us well and upgraded our room to a grand deluxe. Thanks for that.

We had lunch at Mind Resort Pattaya and really enjoyed the Indian vegetarian buffet. There was a good range of dishes, all fresh and well prepared, with flavors that reminded me of home. The dining area was comfortable and clean, and the staff were attentive and polite. A tasty buffet option in Pattaya.
