Momento Resort

The pool area is the main gathering spot during a stay, so bring your bathing suit. The rooms are nice, and the restaurant is really good.

The pool is well maintained, and they have a nice parrot. Rooms are okay for the price, but there were no condiments or anything in the fridge, just two small bottles. Some staff weren't friendly, I said hello and got no reply, though the cashier was pretty good. It's decent value, but nowhere near 5-star service, so 3 stars from me. The location in the middle of the Theppasit industrial area isn't ideal, though it's convenient for the Easy Kart racers.

I went to this momento restaurant and hotel in Pattaya with my Thai wife and left very disappointed. After we ate at the restaurant, I tried to check in, but the Thai staff at the front desk were rude. They asked for my passport to book a room. I didn't have the physical copy with me and offered a photo, but they wouldn't accept it. I also asked about the deposit and was told it was 1,000 baht, which seemed high. I tried to be cooperative, but the staff stayed unwelcoming. Then a foreign manager spoke to me very rudely, told me to leave, and said they didn't need my business. I felt the treatment was unacceptable and discriminatory. I have video of the whole incident and am prepared to share it. Anyone thinking of booking this hotel should think twice.

The pool area is very wide, and the location is great, close to a busy street. The rooms are okay, but the appliances are old and run down. The bathroom is very bad: the toilet seat is so narrow I can't even fit and sit comfortably. The receptionist wasn't helpful or attentive.
