Nomad Resort - Adult Only

We stayed four nights in room 3, and it was good value. The facilities were pleasant, and the rooms were clean and nicely decorated. The private pool is small, but just right for a soak after a warm beach trip. Staff were pleasant and helpful, and the stay includes complimentary pickup and drop-off from the ferry. Scooters are available to rent at reception. It’s close to the village but far enough away that it’s mostly quiet. I’d recommend it.

The owner/manager was friendly despite limited English, and the service was fantastic. Having breakfast brought to the room was a nice touch. There are some restaurants nearby, and Samae beach is only 2km away. The place looks a bit rundown as you approach, but the room itself was large and nice. There were some problems: mold in the bathroom, very little lighting, Wi-Fi that was unusable, and a small pool outside the room that I wouldn’t use.

The nearby village and businesses were lovely to explore and full of culture. Our rooms were spacious and had all the accessories we needed, breakfast was fresh and delicious, and the staff were super friendly and accommodating. It felt like a truly authentic Thai experience. We’ll be back!

The water was black, the toilet looked like a crime scene, and the sheets were dirty. The place was old and damaged, with wall cracks and a door that wouldn't shut. I didn't want to spend the night there, but they wouldn't refund me. Save your money, time, and health, this was the worst hotel I've seen. After I posted the review, a staff member took the key, yelled at me, and sent me a bad luck 🙃🙃. When I started recording, she stopped talking ☺️. I took some photos and video, enjoy.
