The breakfast isn't a buffet, just one set choice. There also isn't a 24-hour front desk. For nearly 5,000 THB a night, is this really a 5-star hotel? The photos look beautiful, but the stay was disappointing, and this was my first and last time here. I'd suggest other hotels near Na Baan Pier. The staff were friendly and helpful, but the room let me down. The sheets and pillowcases were stained, with marks that looked old and as if they hadn't been changed. I called the staff, and they replaced the sheets, pillowcases, and towels. Later that night, when I tried to shower and wash my hair, there was no hot water, so I couldn't shower properly and worried I might get sick.

It's a very quiet spot with little partying, which we liked. We enjoyed our suite and the company of a kitty cat. When you arrive via the pier, call them about 10 minutes before you get there so they can meet you. For breakfast, order two bowls of the pork rice soup. I think two or three days is enough for this island.

We really felt pampered during our week here with the whole family. The staff were all amazing, and we loved you, mama! New was also wonderful and gave us the best service we could ask for. We missed her on her day off. The food was fantastic. Breakfast was booked the day before and made individually for each person, with great attention to detail. The lunch, midday snack, and dinner menu was tasty too. We especially loved the grilled salmon salad and salmon fried rice. The bar was great as well, and the barista made excellent iced lattes. It's a perfect place to relax and switch off. The sea-water pool is fantastic and very relaxing, with sun from morning until late afternoon. This quieter part of Koh Larn suited us really well. I hope I can return soon to relax in this little corner of paradise. I love this place and would give it more than five stars if I could.

Tom, the GM, and the rest of the staff made us feel like part of the Ennkai family. They were welcoming, engaging, extremely polite, and helpful the whole time. They also arranged our transport. Thank you for the incredible stay and hospitality. We'll be back in the near future. The suite was spacious, exceptionally clean, and finished to a very high standard. It had a private balcony and a rooftop spa area with its own tub and incredible views. Ennkai sits on a lovely beach on the island, far enough from the hustle and bustle. Food was exceptional, and there's also a sister cafe farther along the beachfront. The infinity pool and bar were a great place to sip cocktails and watch the day go by. In my view, this is the place to stay when visiting Koh Larn.
