The pool was peaceful and the view was nice, and the rooms were very good. Staff communicated in English and were accommodating. They can pick you up at the port by golf cart, and scooters are available for 300bath a day. Breakfast was mediocre and arrived cold two days in a row, even after we mentioned it.

For what it costs, this is a lovely, peaceful place with good accommodations. Our suite was spacious, clean, and had an excellent view. The motorbike that came with the booking didn't work, but otherwise things met our expectations. Breakfast was delicious and generous, and the staff were incredibly helpful with all the information we needed. I'd happily stay again.

The staff were fantastic, the Wi-Fi was very good, and you can choose when breakfast is delivered. The American-style breakfast had lots of extras. I stayed in one of the small rooms, newly built and stylish, with a large freestanding bathtub in the middle. My friend was in the top room, which had fantastic panoramic views and another huge, beautiful modern tub. There were a couple of little bugs crawling around, though they might be everywhere. I was disappointed there was no safe in the room or reception, and the reception seemed to close around 7:00 p.m., so it wasn't open around the clock. Still, I'd definitely recommend this very modern, stylish hotel.

Yui (tomyum) and the staff looked after my girlfriend and me incredibly well during our two-night stay. I'm an engineer for Marriott Hotels in the US and have spent a good part of my life in hospitality, and I'd compare their service closely to Ritz-Carlton. We stayed in the junior suite, so other rooms may be different. A shuttle brought us from the pier, where we got a warm welcome and drinks while staff took our luggage to the suite. The property was even more beautiful than the photos, with great attention to detail and craftsmanship. Inside, the room was exquisite, from the smell to the view. I especially liked the lighting and flooring, along with the amazing view and mini-pool. It felt like luxury on a small island, which I hadn't expected. The bathroom had everything needed, and my girlfriend appreciated the high-end blow dryer and other supplies. Breakfast was delicious, American-style, and kept us fueled for exploring the island. There was a Harmon/Kardon Bluetooth speaker in the room, great for hanging out by the pool with beers. I also asked for roses at short notice, and they kindly picked some up at the market before we arrived. Their local restaurant suggestions were helpful, especially Maharak Cafe and Ekkanake. Motorbikes were available, which made getting around easy. The stay exceeded our expectations, and I can't wait to return if we're staying in Pattaya. Thanks, Pichcha!
