I was here nearly three weeks last month, first in a deluxe room and then in a standard one after extending my stay. Both were spacious and very nice, with everything you need. It’s affordable, and the rooftop pool is nice. The reception team were lovely, kind and helpful. They’re without a doubt the nicest hotel staff I’ve ever come across. I highly recommend staying here.

The two women at reception were the rudest, least helpful hotel staff I’ve ever had to deal with. They seemed more interested in playing games on their phones all day.

A quiet location, a nice pool and a large room with a comfortable bed. The staff are lovely and friendly, and the rooms are always cleaned well. Great value for money.

At 2:30 a.m. I came back to the PS apartment building, but the reception man wouldn’t give me a second card for the entrance door. My wife was asleep in our third-floor room, and there’s no elevator, so I waited seven minutes for him to let me in. When I said I should have another card, he got angry and told me either to get my wife to come down every time or check out if I wanted better service. He seemed like he wanted to fight, but I stayed calm even though I’d been polite and patient. We’re elderly guests, and being told my wife has to come down each time is ridiculous. At 9:30 that morning, I explained the situation to the manager while the same man was there. I said he should apologize, but he shouted that he would never open the door for me and tried to hit me, with my wife and other guests watching. This treatment was unbelievable. He should be dismissed. I expect an apology, or I’ll post more reviews.
