Sunday Sea Two Pool Villa Pattaya

For a short stay, this villa is a charming pick for couples and good value for the money. It does need a deep clean, though. The furniture is quite dated, and when we checked in there were fingerprints all over the glass.

We couldn't get a golf cart for two nights, even though the service was supposed to run 24/7. The room also wasn't clean enough: spots and dirt on the sofa, pillow, bedsheet, and towels. The bathroom was quite dirty, and the ventilator kept giving off a stinky smell. I'd read negative comments about staff service and attitude, but found them helpful and friendly, and we communicated well.

The villa itself made the stay acceptable, but the service and hygiene were very poor. At checkout, with six large pieces of luggage, we asked for a buggy and nobody came. We stayed three nights and specifically requested room cleaning through the front desk, but it never happened. Front desk service was especially bad, with staff acting disrespectfully toward foreigners. Their English may not be strong, but the way they spoke and behaved was unacceptable, and our requests for help were often ignored. Breakfast was disappointing too. The cutlery, plates, and cups seemed unhygienic, birds were flying around the dining area, and bird droppings had contaminated the condiments at one point. The location is decent, though getting a Grab can be quite difficult.

There was no porter service, and nobody offered to help with our luggage. The villa was a fair walk from the lobby, but even when staff saw us struggling with several heavy bags, they stayed at the counter and didn't properly direct us to our room. From the moment we arrived, service was practically nonexistent. The staff came across as rude and completely uninterested in helping. I wouldn't recommend this if you expect basic assistance and customer service.
