The staff were rude, the food was cold, and the place was dirty. We stayed for a few days with breakfast included, but when I asked them to heat the food, they refused. The room's AC wasn't working. Even though it was quiet season, they decided to keep us in the room until the next day. For what this costs, there are plenty of better hotels.

Don't book here. The breakfast was a joke: dirty plates, nothing hot, grey cold eggs, and cold chicken curry. I can't be certain, but I'm pretty sure they put out food from previous days again. There wasn't a single warm meal. The air con in our room didn't work either. And the shower grab handle wasn't attached to the wall at all, which led to a nasty accident. I wouldn't recommend staying here.

I arrived at 2 pm on Valentine's Day, 14/2/2026, but the counter said none of the rooms were cleaned yet and had me waiting for hours. I even took the lift beside reception to level 7, couldn't find my room number, and came back to ask. Only then did they tell me my room was in block B. The lift was hot, with no air con or ventilation fan. Rooms should be ready for check-in instead of making guests wait. The room was in worse condition than I expected, like it hadn't been renovated in years. I had booked a double bed, but got two single beds pushed together and covered with a king-size double protector. It was uneven, higher on one side and lower on the other. The toilet water pressure was very low, and there was no tissue. I asked the counter for some, but never got any before I left. Housekeeping had already gone home, and it took two hours for a technician to look at the toilet. I called AGODA to complain and request an immediate cancellation, but it took them more than five hours to resolve things with hotel management. The cute girl at the counter apologized several times, but the situation was handled very badly, and there was no manager on duty. Please don't choose this hotel. It was a nightmare. I've forwarded my complaint to the THAILAND TOURISM AUTHORITY DEPARTMENT.

The photos make this place look much nicer than it is. It's old and run down, with broken facilities and no hot water. The staff were even worse: rude, passive aggressive, and seemingly happy to make things difficult. They gave contradictory information and left a huge check-in queue waiting past the 2 pm check-in time. If the staff hadn't been so appalling, I'd have rated it higher despite the poor facilities.
