The EDGE

Only three elevators serve 31 floors, which is incredible engineering, or not. I've been here just three hours and already wish I were somewhere else. I'll never come back or recommend it.

This was a disappointing first stay in the condominium, and it's quite expensive. The modern building is brand new, but my kitchen had a cockroach infestation in room 46. I killed several, and more kept coming from under the sink. The bathroom smelled, its bin was rusty, and the shower glass door handle was rusty and coming loose. Mirrors were dirty and smeared, and the kitchen utensils were greasy and hadn't been cleaned properly. The 32-story building has only three elevators. We waited 10 to 15 minutes to get to our room, with a long line of people waiting. On the rooftop, every pool seat was taken, and the water was cold and smelled of chlorine. I won't return. Avoid this place, especially at that price.

The lady we dealt with was very nice, and our small room on level 19 was super clean and quiet, with an extra glass door. It had almost everything we needed, but during our three-day stay nobody offered to clean or change the towels, bedsheets, or bin bags. There was noise from outside. It's a nice new condo with a lovely garden and plenty of car parking. Our view included the city and part of the sea, and level 31 had a fantastic view and a pool.

The room looked nice, but the atmosphere felt strangely cold. It was noisy day and night, and the elevator took forever to go up or down. Check-in alone took 30 minutes.
