The Empire Tower Apartments

It’s a nice building with a pleasant interior. The pool is nice, and the gym is basic but okay. I had no problems with the elevators.

It’s a fairly new, clean, nice, modern condo in a good location. The upper floors have a stunning sea and sunset view. But the apartment toilet smells of sewage, and there’s a lot of noise from the road and bars downstairs. The windows are very thin, so you definitely won’t be able to sleep with them open. Be sure to buy earplugs if you plan to stay here!

These new condos are expensive, and the rooms are uncomfortable and tiny, with cheap furniture. They spent all the money making the place look nice from the outside. Staff don’t care about you because you’ve already paid. Get ready for bars and dogs ripping each other apart all night, every night. I feel bad for anyone spending money here. Try anywhere else.

The environment is very good, and the condo staff provide good service. They took very good care of us from the time we visited the project until the room was delivered. It’s luxurious and convenient to live in, and it gives me peace of mind. Quiet and private.
