The quiet atmosphere was a nice surprise, given how close the hotel is to shops, restaurants, transport, and Pattaya’s main attractions. Wi-Fi worked reliably, facilities were well maintained, and the place was impressively clean. The team paid attention to details and made the service feel especially thoughtful. Our suite matched the photos and was spacious, modern, and comfortable. It had two air conditioners, a queen bed, a corner lounger, a huge shower, and kitchen units with a sink, dishes, large fridge, microwave, and tea and coffee facilities. Housekeeping came daily and on time, changing the sheets and towels regularly. Staff were professional, polite, and ready to help, and everyone greeted us with a smile. Mindmint deserves a special mention for being friendly, attentive, and helpful throughout our six nights in May 2026. I’d stay at Grass Serviced Suites again and recommend it for comfort, value, and hospitality.

The room service was quick and well organized, and the rooms stayed clean, spacious, and well maintained. It was a peaceful, welcoming place to stay. The staff were consistently polite and helpful, always with a smile. Mind was especially caring and friendly, and her genuine hospitality made my stay more comfortable and memorable. I appreciate the whole team’s effort and would recommend Grass Serviced Suites in Pattaya. I hope to return.

For the price, I was surprised by how good the hotel was. The room was spacious, clean, nicely designed, and fully equipped, and the staff were attentive and friendly. Street noise came through because the soundproofing wasn’t great, though it didn’t spoil our stay. There’s a pool, a gym, and a large parking area for cars and motorbikes. It’s also convenient for reaching most Pattaya attractions. Great value, and highly recommended.

Mind Bistro breakfast is worth a try, and the staff are helpful and friendly. The room was clean and comfortable for the price, with everything within walking distance. Wannisa. Is. Good. We’ll definitely come back. Highly recommended!
