For a short Pattaya trip, the location is a big plus: the beaches, main attractions and Walking Street are all easy to get to. The building has a modern feel, with a pool, gym and good security, and higher floors have lovely sea and city views. Rooms are generally clean, furnished and comfortable for either short or longer stays. Guests also mention easy check-in and responsive hosts through Airbnb. I'd recommend looking at Airbnb listings for this condo, since the choices, prices and flexibility vary with what you need. Some listings are very highly rated and describe a comfortable stay.

The location is very good, with a lovely sea view and some of South Pattaya's cultural sites nearby. I found the complex neat, clean and well organized. It has 45 floors, two swimming pools, one on the ground floor and another on the sixth, plus a gym, meeting room, four fast elevators and sky gardens on the 37th and 41st floors. There are several small children's playgrounds and an area for shared outdoor exercise. The air-conditioned gym is well arranged. One pool is for exercise and lap swimming, while the other is for play and fun.

The sunset here is the prettiest in Pattaya. There's a pleasant atmosphere, with pools indoors and outdoors, and the parking is organized well.

It's a peaceful place and there's a really handy convenience store right by the main gate. Not bad at all for a stay when you want to visit Pattaya city. Just keep in mind it's up a slight hill.

I left five minutes after arriving. The place was dirty and damp, and the air conditioning didn't work. There was nobody in the building I could talk to for help, and it seems to be managed by several different third parties. I'd paid in advance to book, so I couldn't get my money back. What a waste. One of the worst places I've ever visited. Stay away.
