It’s on a quiet street and in a good location, but you can hear people in the other rooms. The room is basic but nice, not for anyone wanting something fancy. At around 1500bath/night, I don’t think the price could be any higher. It seems aimed at Chinese customers. The air cool smelled a little bad but worked well, as did the hot water. The bed was firm, but I slept very well. It’s okay, no more than that. I might return, though I’d look for a slightly cheaper rate for the quality if I could.

The room had a little terrace where we could dry clothes, and the facilities were very good despite the hotel being a renovation of an older property. The owner is young and Chinese, and it was easy and comfortable to communicate with him. He was honest and gave us several useful heads-up after check-in, including that the fruit sold at the stall by the hotel entrance wasn’t fresh. You can also exchange Thai baht there, and he can help arrange tickets. Very convenient.
