I’ve been living at ANNA RESIDENCE for five months, and it’s a lovely place to call home. The facilities are in great shape, and the lobby and other shared areas are always clean and welcoming. I also value the security systems, which help residents feel at ease. The staff are warm, professional, and very helpful. They’re available when we have questions and deal with problems quickly and efficiently, which makes the atmosphere friendly. The location makes day-to-day life easy too, with the beach, shops, restaurants, and public transport close by. I’d recommend Anna residence to anyone looking for a genuine living space. It feels like a real home, and I feel lucky to live here.

They never returned our deposit, even though we stayed for six months and looked after the place. It felt really unfair, and the manager wouldn’t let us speak with the owner. There was a huge amount of duran that they sold at the beach, and we had to live with that horrible dirty-feet smell. They also didn’t tell us they were going to build a night market right below our window.

There’s no lift, which was the one drawback during my three-day stay. Still, the bed was very comfortable and the amenities were perfect. The rooms are clean, and the hotel is on a quiet side road by the beachfront. Local restaurants are nearby, a 7eleven is on the corner, and local buses stop at the end of the road.

The staff were friendly, helpful, and very cooperative about giving directions. The hotel is small, but my room was very clean and the bathroom was nice. You’re close to the beach, with lots of food options nearby and a 7 eleven just around the corner of the soi. I’d definitely stay again. Thank you 🙏😊

It’s quiet here, with enough distance from things for a bit of solitude, though the beach, shops, and restaurants are only minutes away. I got a warm welcome and felt at home. The rooms are lovely and big, and the bed was really comfortable, which is rare in Thailand, lol. There’s a touch of art deco elegance, and the customer service is honestly exemplary. I could live here.
