The toilet smell spreads through the room because the exhaust fan doesn't seem to work. It would be good to upgrade the ventilation system.

The managers are nice to talk with, though they speak Thai only. They can issue a full receipt for a business trip, and there's a 200THB deposit. Parking extends from the yard to an outside area, with a security guard to help and keep things safe. My room was clean, the air conditioner worked well, and it was quiet despite being close to the main road and having a view of the highway from the east-facing window. The panoramic window has no balcony. The room is modestly sized but comfortable for one person, with a fridge, TV, and a phone beside the bed that you can silence. Toiletries are all provided, including a dental kit, soap, and shampoo, which isn't common at other hotels. Only first-floor rooms have a bathtub. On the second floor there's a shower with a water heater. Soft drinks and instant noodles are sold at reception, and there's fish and a few simple meal options in the parking extension. A 7-11 is also a short walk, a few turns down the Soi. A simple, good place to stay. Strongly recommended.

I arrived without a booking, put B500 $25 on the desk, and was shown to a room right away. The place is clean and friendly, though English is limited. It's a bit away from the main tourist route, but close enough to take trishaw tours to the sites. Nearby, there’s street food and two 711's for beer, supplies, and other essentials. The station is about 3km away, or B150 by trishaw.

The surroundings are lovely, and the rooms are hygienic. There's parking for more than 50cars, and though the hotel sits a little inland, it's still not far from the main road. Staff check everyone's temperature as a customer safety measure. Good choice if you're after a decent budget hotel at a low price. I forgot to take pictures, so I haven't added any.
