OYO 465 Krung Kao Traveller Lodge (Vaccinated Staff)

The room was small, though clean, and the WiFi signal was good. The door lock was frustrating to operate. That's the only positive I can think of. We booked two nights but left after the first. On arrival, the slim elderly woman in charge, who I don't think is the owner, greeted us with a grumpy face and made us feel unwelcome from the start. She didn't smile or speak English, and didn't return our greetings, even the next day. When I handed the keys back, she still had that same grumpy expression. I won't stay here again. Parking was a nightmare. There was room for just one small vehicle, on a first come basis. When we got back from the historical park, another car had taken the spot. The narrow road outside was busy with moving cars, so parking along it felt unsafe.

The owner is really cute and kind. There's a super nice coffee room with free coffee, tea, matcha, cocoa, milk, and snacks.

A lovely woman runs the place, and my room was a good size with a comfortable mattress, balcony, and bathroom. They did my laundry for 50 Baht. There are free bananas, a refrigerator, and a pleasant shared area where guests can meet. I had a great stay, thanks, and highly recommend it.

The owner's very friendly, and the room was spacious and clean. The surroundings are nice and quiet, and there weren't any mosquitoes in the room. I'll stay here again when I visit.
