The balcony looks out over durian trees and the mountains, and the view is spectacular. Inside, the rooms are roomy and pretty, with Wi-Fi, a TV, a fridge, and a huge bathroom. It was quiet and romantic, and our host was so friendly. I’d highly recommend staying here.

The fires were the biggest issue for me: smoke kept filling the room, and construction noise around the property went on constantly. The setting could have been peaceful otherwise. It’s a little remote, though manageable if you have a car and are happy taking day trips. Timing really matters here.

We’d be very happy to stay here again if we return to Chiang Rai. The resort feels welcoming and well organized, and the location is quiet with a nice view. It had everything we needed, and the woman managing the place was especially friendly and attentive. Thanks for the hospitality!
