The people here were really friendly and helpful. I’d definitely recommend staying here.

This was the worst stay of our two-month trip. There were bugs in the bed and the room was dirty, and the owner was so rude. We left that same night, but the customer service was awful and we didn’t get a refund. This is not a resort.

I called first and was told walk-ins were fine and the price was 500 baht. The photos looked nice, but that room turned out to be unusable, so I paid 700 baht for an upgrade. The outside looked great, though I was rushing for work and didn’t inspect the room properly. The receptionist said the 700 baht room was large, had a bathtub, and a comfortable bed. She showed me a room for three at the same price, but said it didn’t have a bathtub drain plug. I asked if the room I wanted had one, and she said yes, so I transferred the money and took it. When I arrived, there was no plug, no shampoo, and only one bar of soap. The hot water didn’t work either. The receptionist was completely unwelcoming. When I asked again about the plug, she said the older bathtub models didn’t have one. If she’d said that at the start, that would have settled it. Don’t lie to get customers. I’d planned five nights, but one night was more than enough. Check carefully if you’re considering staying here. There are plenty of other places to stay.
