The place felt empty and a bit lifeless, and one of the pools was dirty and out of order. The rooms are quite old, and ours had a strong smell from toilet-cleaner blocks. I found the food okay, but breakfast was basic and dull. Don’t book a taxi here, they’re very expensive.

We were on a tour, and the views were stunning. The rooms are a little rustic, which suited us, though you’re not close to much unless you have a car.

Beautiful place, good food, and fabulous service. Expect to find wildlife in the bathroom, such as geckos and possibly scorpions. They’re peaceful, and that’s part of the experience 😊

A great view and a good location in Khao Sook. The room was clean and the breakfast okay. Simple, but nice.

The forest setting means a few bugs ended up in the pool, but that’s understandable here and didn’t bother us. It added to the jungle feel. The pool was a nice way to cool off, and breakfast was simple but tasty. I especially liked the chicken fried rice. We stayed at Cliff and River in Khao Sok, and the resort was honestly stunning. The limestone cliffs in the view were incredible, one of the highlights for me. It really felt like being out in nature, which made the stay special.
