It’s a great location, and the staff are friendly and helpful. The room was clean, and they offer fresh towels and water daily if you don’t want housekeeping. Hot water and water pressure were steady. There’s no lift, and rooms are on levels 2 and 3, so it isn’t convenient if you have luggage or mobility issues, and it’s not wheelchair friendly. The free breakfast is simple but nice.

The location is very good, close to the lake, and you do get what you pay for. But the rooms are old and worn, with mattresses like rocks, so they won’t suit everyone. Breakfast is simple Thai style. Cleaning was poor: the room was filthy, especially the walls, lamps, and bathroom. Hygiene clearly isn’t a priority here.

The receptionist, Toy, was very friendly, and the hotel is clean and inexpensive. It’s well located near the lake, and breakfast is included. The bed was a bit hard. A very good hotel.

I’d put it around 3.5 stars, and it works well for a couple of nights. The location right near the lake is good, breakfast is included, and they have free bicycles to rent. There’s parking too if you’re driving. Room prices come in three tiers, with different sizes and amenities. The lack of an elevator is the one drawback, so I’d suggest another place if you have mobility issues. Otherwise, it’s great value.
