The staff were friendly and helpful, and the pool and gym were fine. Breakfast was standard, and the shower worked well, though its drain was clogged. The room was fairly clean but worn and outdated. The mattress had springs you could feel against your back, and the extra bed was rock hard. We paid 1,100 baht for three people.

The reception team was professional and explained things clearly. The rooms were clean, and the gym is open 24 hours for guests. It's good value here. I'd suggest upgrading your room and asking for a lake view. Nice gym!

There are plenty of restaurants nearby, and the lake is roughly a ten-minute walk away. Our room had a lake view, though it was a little distant. The staff were friendly, and breakfast was simple but decent, with the best selection available if you get there early. A decent mid-range place to stay in Phayao.
