The room was comfortable and clean, but it got quite noisy at night. The resort is outside town, though you can rent a scooter there. It seems geared more toward local tourists, and the staff don't speak any English, so getting advice or recommendations can sometimes be difficult.

Fine for a night in a small town. Rooms are simple and clean, but there are lots of ants, so don't leave food out. The 7-11 is 600 meters away.

I entered the wrong dates on Agoda, and the hotel wouldn't change them or cancel the booking. There’s no cancellation policy, and you can’t adjust your dates after booking. The customer service was very poor. I wouldn’t recommend it.

The place looks fairly modern and is nicely decorated, but the bathroom was so awful we ended up using the bathtub instead. It smelled terrible, had hair everywhere, and thick stains on the floor. The sheets, blankets, and towels were torn, and the pool was too cloudy for us to swim in. Breakfast mentioned in reviews wasn’t available. Reception staff were unfriendly and seemed unprepared, with one person wearing a towel wrapped around their head as if they’d just showered. They also didn’t interact well with guests. Nobody helped with bags or showed us where to park. I could put up with most of it, but that bathroom smell was too much.
