The owner is a lovely lady, and it’s great that pets are welcome. I’ve stopped here a few times on road trips. The rooms are simple, but the dam view is amazing, especially early in the morning when there’s mist. There’s a little shop out front for basics, and Phipun town is close by for food, 711, and things like that. You can also visit the Buddha statue and temple viewpoint.

There’s no breakfast, but I didn’t mind because the morning scenery kept me happy until checkout. The room was clean, though the towel had a strange smell, and lizards were everywhere. Still, that view in the morning makes up for a lot.

The toilet overflowed, so it needs some attention. The setting and the view are gorgeous, though. There’s also a small shop right next door, along with a really good restaurant.

A good spot to unwind, take photos, or just have a quiet retreat. The view from the bedroom is stunning. There’s no breakfast, but finding local food nearby is easy.
