The Horizon Groove Hotel

Check-in was easy, with loads of parking. The hotel is big and new, and our room and bathroom were a good size. The Android TV was a nice extra. There's a restaurant, free breakfast, and room service.

My wife spotted Horizon Groove after we'd booked somewhere else, and switching turned out to be a good call. During our holiday it was one of the more satisfactory hotels. The shower pressure was finally good after several nights of weak showers elsewhere. Our toilet had a sharp urine smell, though; it faded after I sprayed plenty of water and aired the room. The hotel looks new inside and out. Its design is more functional than stylish, but it works well for business travelers or anyone wanting no frills. Our room was a good size and had what we needed. Other than the toilet odor, it was clean. My wife is pickier than I am about beds and pillows, but she got a reasonable night's rest, so the sheets seemed fine for material, quality, and cleanliness. Breakfast came with our booking. We ate in another building just a few steps from the main entrance. It was simple, with local stir-fries, rice, bread, and similar items. The hotel is quiet, comfortable, and well priced, especially for a stopover like ours or a business trip. The operator seems to know what its customers need and delivers on that.

We spent one night here during a 14-day trip around Thailand and were very happy with it. It's a modern, nice-quality hotel with comfortable beds, and we had a nice meal in the restaurant. Easy to find, with ample parking. Great value for money, and we'd happily return.

Plenty of parking and a convenient spot near Central Phitsanulok make this newly opened hotel a good option for a city visit. It was spotlessly clean, offered excellent service, and was great value. Definitely an A-list choice, highly recommended.
