Action Point Fitness Resort

I went for four weeks, which sounded like a long time at first, but it still wasn’t enough. I didn’t want to leave, and I came away with a renewed sense of purpose and a better connection with myself after some of the baggage life can build up. Action Point felt like a five-star hotel room, which helped set it apart from some other places I considered. The community was a big part of the experience too. As people came and went, it was easy to connect and find people for more adventures. I came wanting a reset and to get back in line with myself, and found people there for all sorts of reasons. The program supported fitness and nutrition, but gave equal attention to mental wellness. Sam’s coaching and private sessions brought in an outside professional perspective that helped me make lasting changes. Gareth went above and beyond to make things fun, and the atmosphere was 10/10. Peanut helped everyone feel good and included. Lek, Gift and the rest of the kitchen crew were always smiling, bringing good vibes and delicious healthy food while accommodating personal requests. The trainers, Eric and Jani, made an effort to connect with you personally as well as train you. I never thought I’d get into Muay Thai, but Angelos made it so fun. I’ve never felt fitter, and I left wanting more Muay Thai, with sore abs from laughing so much. The staff were fantastic, inclusive and accommodating, and really worked to make the stay a great one. There’s something for everyone here, and I can’t recommend Action Point highly enough. Whatever your reason for coming, it’s a great time.

I’ve learned so much about caring for my body, what to eat, macros, and all the talks and guidance. The education has been incredible, and this place has honestly changed my life. The gym has an amazing atmosphere, and I’ve met loads of encouraging people here. The service is outstanding, and I can see why people return year after year. Staff are so friendly, and the place really feels like a second home. I’d highly recommend it. Love you all xxx

Chris has brought together a wonderful crew, and the atmosphere at this fitness retreat is incredible. From the early messages with Peanut and arrival orientation with Gareth to the trainers, coaches, nutrition team and chef, we had all the support, direction and motivation we needed to work toward our personal goals. I came for two weeks and ended up staying a month because I loved it so much. Remote work was easy from AP, with nice rooms and reliable wifi, since you can’t work out 24 hours a day! The group classes, PTs and Muy Thai trainers were all excellent. My body changed, as did how I feel about it and fuel it, and I dropped some bad food habits. I had a lot of fun along the way, and found a lovely, supportive and inclusive community where I made new friends. It was my birthday during the stay, and the staff and guests made me feel really special. I’ve already booked to come back next year and can’t wait.
