The rooms were cleaned daily and the staff were lovely and friendly, so the service was good. We were four adults, though, and got just one room key, which was inconvenient. I also felt uncomfortable as a Portuguese guest in an area with a lot of Russian tourists, some of whom seemed rude and messy. Near the pool, a Russian man tried to harass me. That encounter put a real damper on my stay.

The pool and bar were great, the staff were nice, and there was a good gym. The location was perfect, and the value for money was 10/10. We planned on five nights and ended up extending to eleven. Breakfast was mediocre and served early, so it may not suit you if you like to sleep in.

This is our third visit, and we still love the atmospheric pool and excellent service. A wonderful place in Phuket if you're after a bit of paradise. Highly recommend it.

Gun at the pool bar deserves a special mention. All the hotel staff gave excellent service, and Gun was especially good at sharing useful information about the resort. He has great hospitality and social skills, and will point you in the right direction.

The bed was good and breakfast was nice. It's not the best location, but the beach isn't too far away. Staff weren't the friendliest. Still, it was okay overall.
